Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, HMPL-453, in adults with advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific change in the FGFR2 gene. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. Participants take the drug by mouth in 3-week cycles. The study is for people whose cancer has not responded to or has stopped responding to at least one prior treatment.
