New hope for advanced cancers: experimental drug HM16390 enters human trials

Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called HM16390, alone or with another cancer drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 292 participants will take part in this first-in-human trial.
