Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called HLX43 in people with advanced or spreading solid tumors that haven't responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 340 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
