First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study is for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, who have not responded to other treatments. It tests a combination of two drugs: HLX43 (an antibody-drug conjugate targeting PD-L1) and serplulimab (an immunotherapy). The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 105 adults aged 18 to 75 will participate.
