New drug duo takes on advanced lung cancer in early trial

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, HLX43 and Serplulimab, in people with advanced lung cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the right dose and see if the treatment shrinks tumors and is safe. About 120 adults aged 18 to 75 with non-small cell or small cell lung cancer will take part.
