New hope for hard-to-treat breast cancer: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new drug called HLX43, either alone or with other immune-boosting medicines, in people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or come back. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and how safe it is. About 180 adults who have not had treatment for this stage of cancer or have tried at least one prior therapy will take part.
