Summary
This study tested whether adding the drug HLX10 to standard chemotherapy helps people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer live longer. 585 patients who had not received prior treatment were randomly assigned to get either HLX10 plus chemo or a placebo plus chemo. The main goal was to see if the combination improved overall survival.
