Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether a new drug called HLX05-N works as well as the approved drug ERBITUX in people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has certain genetic features. About 387 adults will receive either the new drug or ERBITUX, plus chemotherapy. The study measures how the drug moves through the body, its safety, and how well it controls the cancer.
