Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called HLD-0117 in about 33 women with a type of advanced breast cancer (ER-positive) that has spread or is locally advanced and has not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. Researchers will also watch for signs that the drug shrinks tumors or slows the disease. This is a first step to see if the drug is promising enough for larger studies.
