Summary
This early-stage study tests a new oral drug called HL-400 in 86 healthy volunteers aged 18 to 65. The drug aims to reduce inflammation linked to Parkinson's disease. The main goal is to check safety and how the drug moves through the body, not yet to treat the disease.
