New pill hopes to tackle tough lung cancer

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new tablet, HJ-004-02, in people with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has specific EGFR mutations. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see early signs of tumor shrinkage. About 36 adults who have tried other treatments without success will take the pill daily in 28-day cycles.
