Summary
This study tested an experimental HIV vaccine called Trimer 4571 in 32 adults with HIV who were already on suppressive antiretroviral therapy (ART). The main goals were to see if the vaccine is safe and well tolerated, and whether it can help the immune system produce broadly neutralizing antibodies against HIV. Participants received either a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo, and were monitored for side effects and immune responses.
