Summary
This study in South Africa, where HIV is most common, looks at how problems like depression, trauma, and not having enough food can make HIV worse. Researchers are developing a special therapy (CBT-SA) to help people with HIV handle these issues and stick to their medication. The study will test if 60 participants find the therapy helpful and easy to attend.
