Summary
This study tested whether a combination of a therapeutic vaccine, a broadly neutralizing antibody (10-1074), and a drug called romidepsin could help people with HIV achieve remission, meaning they could stop their daily antiretroviral therapy without the virus rebounding. The trial was designed for adults with well-controlled HIV on stable treatment. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
