NCT ID NCT06484335

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of lab-made antibodies and a therapeutic vaccine can help people with HIV control the virus without daily antiretroviral therapy. About 48 adults who started HIV treatment very early (during acute infection) will receive the antibodies and vaccine or a placebo. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can keep the virus at bay during a temporary pause in their regular medication.
