Summary
This study is testing a telehealth program that delivers medications to prevent HIV infection, cure hepatitis C, and help with substance use disorder for people who inject drugs. Researchers will compare two different ways of offering these services remotely to see which works better. The goal is to prevent new HIV infections and improve overall health in this high-risk population.
