Summary
This study tested a new approach to help transgender women stay HIV-free. It combined HIV prevention pills (PrEP) with gender-affirming hormone therapy and peer support. 304 transgender women took part, and the study looked at whether this combination made it easier for them to start and stick with PrEP. The goal was to see if offering these services together is practical and helpful.
