Summary

This pilot study aims to reduce HIV, hepatitis C, and overdose risks among people who inject drugs in Baltimore. Researchers will identify high-risk locations and use peer-driven outreach to promote carrying naloxone and avoiding shared equipment. About 285 current drug users will take part in this prevention-focused effort.
