Mobile teams take HIV prevention to Mothers' doorsteps in malawi trial
NCT ID NCT06493357
Summary
This study is testing a new way to prevent mothers with HIV from passing the virus to their babies in Malawi. It uses mobile teams to bring faster infant testing and mother's health monitoring directly to communities, aiming to reach families who struggle to get to clinics. The goal is to see if this community-based approach helps more babies get tested and treated quickly, and helps more mothers stay on their medication.
