Summary
This study aims to help people living with HIV who have their virus under control but struggle with high blood pressure. Researchers want to understand the barriers to taking blood pressure medication and test a nurse-led support program. The goal is to improve medication adherence and blood pressure control to lower the risk of heart disease in this population.
