Summary
This study tested a data-to-care approach to find and reconnect people living with HIV in Ukraine who had fallen out of care. Researchers used health records to identify 160 participants and then helped them get back into medical visits and start or restart HIV medication. The goal was to see if this strategy improved engagement in care and viral suppression compared to standard methods.
