Summary
This study tested whether adding financial incentives to integrated care centers helps people with HIV who inject drugs or are men who have sex with men achieve viral suppression. Over 2,300 participants in India were followed to see which approach worked better. The goal was to find cost-effective ways to improve HIV treatment outcomes in low- to middle-income countries.
