Summary
This early-stage study tested a new experimental drug, GS-3242, in 27 people living with HIV-1. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and can lower the amount of virus in the blood. Participants had not taken HIV medicines for at least 12 weeks before joining. The study measured how well the drug worked and checked for side effects over 11 days.
