First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two HIV medicines (bictegravir and lenacapavir) in children and teens aged 2 to 17 who already have their HIV under control with other complex daily medications. The goal is to see if this simpler, two-drug pill is safe and works well in young people. About 75 participants will take the study drug and be monitored for side effects and how the drug behaves in their bodies.
