Summary
This study compares two surgical incision shapes (U-shaped vs T-shaped) used during hip capsule repair in children aged 1 to 4 years with developmental dysplasia of the hip. The goal is to see which method leads to shorter surgery time and better hip function after recovery. Fifty children will take part, and results will help surgeons choose the best technique.
