Shorter hip cast after surgery may be just as good for kids

Summary
This study looks at children aged 18 months to 6 years who have surgery for hip dislocation. After surgery, they wear a hip cast for either 6 or 12 weeks. The goal is to see if a shorter time in the cast works just as well and helps kids get back to walking sooner.
