Summary
This study is checking how well a specific hip replacement part (the SMS femoral stem) works in 550 people with hip problems like arthritis or hip damage. Participants get the implant during a standard hip replacement surgery. Researchers will track pain, movement, and how long the implant lasts to make sure it is safe and effective.
