Summary
This small pilot study tested a minimally invasive needle treatment for hip pain in 6 young male ice hockey players. The treatment, called percutaneous needle electrolysis, uses ultrasound guidance to target the hip capsule. Researchers measured pain, strength, and mobility before and after three sessions, with a 4-week follow-up.
