Summary
This study is testing whether a structured physical therapy program focused on education and specific exercises works better than standard care for people with long-term hip and groin pain. Researchers will compare a new, personalized therapy model called HIPSTER to the usual physical therapy people receive. The main goal is to see which approach improves patients' daily function and quality of life more over four months.
