This study looks at 100 people aged 40-60 with mild hip problems like arthritis or labral tears. It compares getting a combined steroid and hyaluronic acid injection alone versus the same injection plus physiotherapy. The goal is to see if adding physiotherapy leads to better pain relief and function.
