Hip injection plus physio: a One-Two punch for pain?

NCT ID NCT06653985

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding physiotherapy to a hip injection (corticosteroid plus hyaluronic acid) helps people with hip pain from conditions like arthritis or labral tears more than the injection alone. About 100 adults aged 40-60 with mild hip problems will be split into two groups. The goal is to see if the combination improves pain and daily function better over time.
