Summary

This study compares two treatments for a torn hip labrum in people aged 40 and older: arthroscopic surgery to repair the tear versus physical therapy. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves hip function. About 110 participants will be followed for up to 2 years to measure outcomes like hip scores and quality of life.
