New study tests structured exercise for chronic hip pain

Summary
This study compares two types of physical therapy for people aged 18-55 with long-term hip and groin pain. One group gets usual care, the other gets a semi-structured, progressive exercise program. The goal is to see which approach better improves hip-related quality of life over 4 months to 5 years.
