Summary
This study looked at a new way to fix a specific type of hip fracture using a special metal plate. Twenty-five adults with recent fractures had surgery and were followed for up to 4 years. Doctors checked how well the bone healed on X-rays and how well patients could use their hip. The goal was to see if this surgical method is safe and effective.
