Summary
This study looked at 225 older adults with hip fractures who had hip replacement surgery using one of two methods: an approach from the back (posterior) or from the side (lateral). The goal was to see which method led to fewer hip dislocations and fewer bone breaks during surgery. Results help doctors choose the safer technique for their patients.
