First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a hip arthroscopy (a minimally invasive procedure) to a standard PAO surgery improves recovery and quality of life for people with hip dysplasia. About 204 participants aged 16–50 will be randomly assigned to receive either PAO alone or PAO plus arthroscopy. The goal is to find out which approach leads to better long-term results.
