Could stiff hips be tied to your back pain?
NCT ID NCT07429279
Summary
This study looked at whether limited hip movement is connected to how much the upper back bends in people with long-term, non-specific low back pain. Researchers measured the hip and upper back flexibility of 60 adults with this condition during a single session. The goal was to understand this relationship to inform future treatments, but no actual treatment was tested or provided in this study.
