Summary

This study looked at whether a higher dose (10 mg/kg) of the drug TA-650 (also known as infliximab) given every 8 weeks could help people with Crohn's disease whose symptoms were not well controlled with the standard dose. A total of 39 adults took part. The main goal was to see if their Crohn's disease symptoms improved after 8 weeks on the higher dose.
