Zapping back pain: does more power mean more relief?
NCT ID NCT07303309
Summary
This study tested whether a stronger electrical pulse treatment works better for chronic nerve pain in the lower back and legs. Researchers compared a high-voltage setting to a standard low-voltage setting in 22 adults who had not gotten enough relief from other treatments like medication or physical therapy. The goal was to see which setting provided better pain reduction and improved daily function over about six weeks.
