Summary

This study tests a combination of two treatments, ciltacabtagene autoleucel (a cell therapy) and talquetamab (a targeted drug), in people with high-risk multiple myeloma. The main goal is to check safety, and it also looks at how well the cancer responds. About 11 participants who have already tried at least three other treatments will take part.
