Summary

This study uses a special camera called the Adaptive Optics Scanning Laser Ophthalmoscope (AOSLO) to take very detailed pictures of the retina in people with inherited retinal degenerations like retinitis pigmentosa. Researchers want to see how the structure and function of the retina change over time. The study involves 400 participants who will be followed for up to 30 months.
