Summary
This study looked at whether eating more protein (1.5 grams per kilogram of body weight each day) can help older adults with type 2 diabetes maintain muscle mass and strength. 25 participants were followed to see changes in muscle, walking speed, and blood sugar. The goal is to find a simple dietary way to improve muscle health and diabetes control.
