High heels linked to foot deformity in office workers
NCT ID NCT07157046
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looked at whether wearing high heels at work is linked to a foot problem called bunion (a bump on the side of the big toe). Researchers measured the Q angle (a knee-to-hip alignment) and foot shape in 80 women aged 18-36 who work in offices in Lahore. They used a simple scale to grade bunion severity. The goal was to see if there is a connection between high heel use and foot changes.
