Vitamin c boost for leukemia treatment?

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding high-dose vitamin C (ascorbate) to standard chemotherapy (azacitidine and venetoclax) is safe and works better for adults with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia who cannot tolerate intensive chemo. About 30 participants will be randomly assigned to standard treatment alone or with vitamin C. The main goals are to check safety and see if more patients achieve remission.
