Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called HH160 in about 56 adults with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread). The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. Participants will receive HH160 alone or with other cancer treatments, and the study lasts about 4 years.
