Summary
This study tests a new experimental drug, HFB200603, either alone or combined with another cancer drug (tislelizumab), in adults with advanced solid tumors like kidney, lung, skin, stomach, or colorectal cancer. The goal is to find safe doses and understand side effects. About 83 participants will receive increasing doses in the first part, then the chosen dose in the second part based on their cancer type.
