Summary
This study is following 4,000 adults with heart valve disease to discover new risk factors and understand how certain natural chemicals (metabolites) in the body affect the disease. Researchers will track participants over time and test tissue samples. The goal is to learn more about why the disease gets worse and how to better predict outcomes.
