Summary
This study tested whether drinking Jing-Si Herbal Tea could help people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). 108 participants were randomly assigned to drink either the herbal tea or a placebo twice a day for 24 weeks. Researchers measured changes in blood sugar, cholesterol, liver enzymes, and body weight to see if the tea improved their condition.
