Can herbal pills tame painful periods from fibroids?

Summary
This study is testing whether two daily herbal supplements, called Elix Cycle Balance and Elix Daily Harmony, can help reduce symptoms like menstrual pain and heavy bleeding in women with uterine fibroids. Over 24 weeks, 42 participants will take the supplements and report their symptoms and quality of life using questionnaires. The goal is to see if these natural products can make living with fibroids easier.
