Summary

This early study is testing whether a herbal effervescent tablet can help control blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes. The trial will include 14 adults who either manage their diabetes with diet and supplements alone or with a low dose of metformin. Researchers will measure changes in HbA1c, fasting blood sugar, and after-meal blood sugar over the study period.
